Doug represented us in the sale of our home and helped us find our new home. He gave us excellent advice on how to fix up our existing home to get the best price possible and provided us with professional references for work we needed done, who we were so happy with that we continue to use them in our new home. He found us a wonderful new place that was EXACTLY what we were looking for, and guided us through the stressful and difficult process of selling and buying property on the same day. I highly recommend Doug for either buying or selling property.

Doug was amazing to work with. We were first-time home buyers and Doug took the time to explain the process of buying to us, and he even spent time driving us around the area since we weren't sure exactly where we wanted to buy. We told Doug exactly what we wanted to pay monthly for our mortgage, and he respectfully stayed within our budget and never pressured us to buy a home that was more than what we were comfortable spending. Doug answered every question we had along the way, and definitely went to bat for us several times. He is (still) very quick to respond to us, even on the nights I contacted him after 10pm. Even after our sale was final and all closing documents were completed, Doug still marched down to city hall on our behalf to straighten out an issue that was unresolved by the sellers. I am always weary of reviews that are five stars, but Doug really deserves it. We will definitely be recommending him to all of our friends that will be looking to buy.
