Doug has been the absolute best. He is super smart and informed when it comes to anything real estate, even beyond just the regular space of buying and selling a home. He's always current on the state of the market and happy to share whatever information he has. His team is competent and always happy to help. Biggest thing for though, Doug has your best interest at heart. When I became a bit anxious to get the house sold (some time pressure to sell this house in time to move into the new one), I suggested maybe I want to turn our old house into a rental... he immediately jumped in with very objective and helpful insight, letting me make my own decision. Zero pressure to have me still sell... he just wanted us to be successful and happy. Ultimately, really glad we stuck with selling the house, everything went perfectly. 15/10 would recommend!!!!!

Doug was the perfect realtor for my situation and delivered by selling my home and helping me negotiate the purchase of my new home.
