My highest recommendation to Doug and Eddy. They helped with every aspect of our condo sale. They were alway available to deal with problems and to calm my worries. From prep to marketing, they handled everything with skill. Once on the market, the condo sold quickly at an excellent price.

Doug and Eddy helped us find our first home in SF! They were very knowledgeable about SF real estate, and helped with all our questions/concerns as first-time buyers. We ended up purchasing a tenant-occupied 2 BR condo, that we were hoping to convert into a 3BR. Doug/Eddy provided expert advice regarding how to handle the tenant, and advice on how to go about adding the extra room.
