Doug is an amazing realtor. He is extremely prompt, responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. His advice and guidance helped us navigate through an unusual situation with a seller and come out with the perfect situation for us. While looking at homes on Zillow in anticipation of our move from Chicago to Arizona, I found Doug's name listed as an agent on one of the homes I liked. About a month before we moved to the area, my husband and I flew into Phoenix to spend 4 days looking at homes. Doug met us at our hotel the day we flew in. Those 4 days, he showed us 22 homes. It took us about a month, but we finally found our home and we couldn't be more please with Doug's knowledge and professionalism through out the entire process. Doug went above and beyond anything we could have ever expected. He even took us to an ASU football game and showed us a GREAT time! He was on top of everything from ensuring all the paperwork was submitted in a timely manner, to even hand delivering documents and "encouraging" our slow Loan Officer to move more quickly on time important documents. If I could fly a huge flag over our home in Gold Canyon that reads: "DOUG MADE THIS HAPPEN!", I would. I would highly recommend hiring Doug as your real estate professional!!!
