Doug Allen has helped us with two different properties. This one twice. It’s an amazing property but very specialized and that it set up like a Hunting Camp so it really needed the right Buyer. It took 18 months to sell, but mostly because of how specific the set up was on this property. Doug tirelessly marketed this on Facebook, MLS, lands of Texas, and many different places. He showed the property multiple times. He was always available and responded to any text or call immediately. I highly recommend him.
