A Little Bit About...Doug Adams Doug moved from Pennsylvania to San Diego in the 90's and began his Real Estate career helping buyers and sellers with their Real Estate dreams. Working at national firms such as Coldwell Banker to local firms such Sea Coast Exclusive Properties, Doug is now with Windermere Homes & Estates with o!ces throughout Southern California. Doug has the expertise in all areas of working with sellers & buyers to complete the transaction with full satisfaction for all parties. He has helped buyers and sellers that have relocated from all parts of the county, people that are up and down sizing, to large investment property sales and dealing with the nuances of buying and selling bank owned properties. Working through good times and bad Doug has learned the ins and outs of Real Estate from negotiating the contract, physical inspections, loan processing and closing the transactions. Through his many years of Real Estate experience, Doug is able to, in most cases, negotiate any problems that might arise to the satisfaction of all parties involved. Doug has been an active member of the National and California Association of Realtors along with being a member in good standing of the North San Diego County Association of Realtors. I had a great experience working with Doug Adams to buy my home

I had a great experience working with Doug Adams to buy my home. I was looking for something in a very specific area and with very specific criteria and Doug was relentless in finding a property that met all of my needs. He was very professional and I found all of his paperwork to be consistently thorough and accurate. Being a first time buyer, I also appreciated all of his advice and guidance through the process because I had no idea what to expect. He always responded quickly when I needed to reach him and always followed through on finding answers to my questions. Even when there wasn’t much to report, he stayed in touch to let me know that everything was moving along like it should be. I also really appreciated his follow up after the sale to make sure that I received all the necessary documents and to find out if everything was working well in the home. I learned that buying a home is a whirlwind process and I really appreciated all of the personal attention and advice that he offered along the way.
