My wife and I began looking for a house while we were on a visit with a friend. We hit the usual real-estate sites, looking for someone who could show us some homes in our price range. We plugged in our information and multiple agents popped up. Dossie called and chatted for a bit asking us about our needs, even though at the time we were only about a 6 out of 10 in favor of making a move.
