I would highly recommend using Dorrie Hammill as your realtor. She assisted me in selling my house and she found me a beautiful Condo. I would recommend Dorrie for either selling or buying a home. She helped me sell my Co-op apartment at 6 Hemlock Ct. in Selden, NY. I had my Co-op listed for about 18 months with two other Realtors before signing on with Dorrie. Four months later I was signing a contract for the sale.
