Dorothy worked tirelessly to help me both sell my former condo and buy my new one. She priced my former condo just right and gave me great pointers on how to stage it to sell quickly. Which it did!! Then I had less than a month to find something new. She was very patient and helpful as we looked at many condos before finding the perfect one for me. I am so grateful for her help!!

I was lucky, to say the least, to have Dorothy guiding me through the real estate market as a first time home buyer. She was quick, reliable, honest and always made me feel like a priority. As soon as I saw a house I liked, we were there that afternoon to look at it. Dorothy's expertise got us through the tedious process of buying a HUD home. She kept me informed and guided me through it every step of the way. And I have to say, she was fun to hang out with while we waited multiple times for either an inspector, utilities guy or appraiser.
