Dorothy was excellent to work with! We decided to sell our house in AZ after renting it for several years. We called several realtors in the area and she called us back personally within minutes. Other realtors had a representative return our call. I didn't care for that. I personally would like to talk to the person I was selling such a large asset with and ultimately giving them a decent sized commission to. For us, who haven't lived in the area for awhile, she had a wonderful contact list of professional handymen from painters, flooring and roofers to help us freshen up the house a bit. All reasonably priced. She hired a professional photographer before we listed it and even had a couple of rooms virtually staged to help prospective buyers envision their dream home. This is great for those who are trying to sell a vacant home! Once the house was listed on the MLS she continued to work her magic by changing the main photo frequently , held several open houses and sent out ads in the newspaper as well as through electronic venues. When we received an offer on the house that was a bit lower than we wanted she artfully negotiated with the other realtor to get us exactly what we needed. She continued to keep us updated throughout the closing process even with a three hour time zone difference between us. Overall I can't recommend her enough to anyone selling or buying a home in the Phoenix area! She works hard for you!
