Dorothy is the best...she's at the top of her game, knows the tri-valley market inside out...as if that's not enough, she helped me land a investment pocket-listing (off-market) for a very attractive price point. She didn't stop there - her help was invaluable in screening tenants & all the associated paperwork. Her network of contractors, handymen etc. is very helpful.
