I can't say enough wonderful things about Dorine! But here is something that speaks to her level of skill. While vacationing in Ft. Lauderdale, I met with Dorine for 5 days straight to find a real estate investment property in the Ft. Lauderdale area. While we did not find something while I was there, Dorine continued to look at property on my behalf based on my specific criteria. Over the course of the next 3 months, she looked at many properties for me and told me every time why something was not going to work. When she believed she found the right property, I had so must trust in her ability to know what I wanted , I put an offer in on the property based on the pictures in the listing but in person, sight unseen. After letting Dorine handling the negotiating, an offer was accepted. I didn't actually see the house until the morning of the closing. Of course I was nervous, but Dorine hit the jackpot for me.
