He worked with the lender, seller, inspectors, and the village. I literally only had to submit documents to the lender and he took care of the rest. Now, my wife (her first home experience) and kids will have the experience of living in a home. The community is safe and the home is far beyond what I could have ever imagined for my first-time home-buying experience. My kids run around and around in the enormous backyard. And for the first time, we do not have the feeling of moving or renewing a lease. My kids went to daycare telling their teachers that they love their home and they have so much space to run and play. My wife is relieved that the kids can scream, shout, and run without disturbing anyone who previously was below or above us in the apartment. Weirdly, I always wanted to hear the security alarm say 'front door' whenever I opened the front door. I secretly envied this when I would go to the homes of friends and family and would hear this and wish one day that I would be able to have that for my home. Lastly, we have the ability to finally begin building generational wealth, which was not really an option for us before.
