Third time's the charm
This is the third house Dorian has either bought or sold on my behalf. H'es been consistent in his knowledge and honesty which is the key when buying/selling a property because it can be highly emotional. You need somebody whose going to tell you the truth because lies, waste time and have to be revised later. Dorian's going to give it to you straight, THE FIRST TIME. The entire process took 60 days. When I say the entire process, I'm speaking of the listing, selling at list price, inspection and closing of a vacant property in the dead of a Detroit winter. Did I mention I'm in Atlanta and didn't have to return to Detroit one time. Modern technology and Dorian are an amazing combination. List with Team Harvey with confidence.
