Whether you are looking for a new residence, vacation home, investment property, or need space for your business, she is able to help. Doretta has spent many years helping individuals purchase homes and business owners purchase or lease commercial space; she’s helped investors with their investment portfolio; and has worked with real estate developers in land acquisition. Prior to her real estate career, she spent over 20 years as a business owner and manager in computer software development.
She is a proud member of Altrusa of Yaquina Bay, a community service organization helping with literacy and other needs for the women and children of Lincoln County. She’s currently President of the Lincoln County Board of Realtors. Doretta is also a member of the Rotary Club of Newport.
Doretta is co-owner of Martek Real Estate and a licensed principal broker with the Oregon Real Estate Agency. She has earned a Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation and an ePRO certification through the National Association of Realtors. She also is a member of the Oregon Association of Realtors, Lincoln County Board of Realtors, as well as a former member of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors where she was named Rookie of the Year finalist and is an Honor Society Member.
