We are very happy with our overall experience and how smoothly our entire purchasing process went through thanks to our realtors' team, Doreen and her husband Carlos. They are super knowledgeable, extremely professional, and exceptionally well organized. These guys were with us every step of the way throughout the whole time. Doreen was always very easy to get in touch with, and she kept us on track with her simple, clear and easy to follow instructions on what to do next. Doreen is very patient and understanding. She is not trying to persuade you and sway you away; she wants to hear what you think and what you want to do. Every little thing we have asked for ,(and more) was delivered to us as promised. While most of our communication was with Doreen, Carlos was always by her side during our meetings, and he was extremely helpful explaining the technical aspects of the house operation, maintenance and area specifics. Overall: A+++
