So, starting off; it was difficult to decided on even selling the home. A broker needed to be chosen for the process. Well, why not sell through the person we bought the home in the first place. So my Wife and I reached out to Ms. Cordero while we were visiting the area and she responded to us. We met for dinner at Carlos & Mickey's. And if you ever lived in El Paso, then you understand the delectable selections of the restaurant. We, my Wife; Ms. Cordero; and I, talked it over and planned to get things started in the near future. That all took place in July 2023. So fast forwarding to the sell of the home; my Wife and I called up Ms. Cordero to get things underway in September 2024. We sold the home January 2025.
