She was professional & polite but we had some miscommunication regarding some items we wanted to keep. We had to have another meeting to explain again what items were to be left in the house. Also she was insistent on a lower price than what we felt it was worth, but we finally convinced her to list it at the price we were asking. We actually got $6,000 over the listing price which was $17,000 more than her original asking price. Also we had discussed selling the furniture as a separate package in the beginning but this was forgotten, which she should have looked at her notes to remind herself of this before listing it. We were very pleased to have the house sold in 4 days but another agent showed the house to the client who bought it.
Dora and her staff always kept us informed. Did a wonderful job presenting and marketing the house. Gave us information how to make the house more sellable and was always there to help us. Was honest with us on what to expect in the selling process. We live out of state and really did not have any knowledge about what to expect. Very warm and personable with dealing with us. Always listened and answered our questions , very knowledgeable and willing to help in any way possible. Would highly recomend her.

Long Distance Seller I met with Dora to sell my uncle's house after he passed away. Since I live in out of state, she made it a very painless experience. She arranged for all clean up and repairs that needed to be done. She contacted me whenever necessary. Things seemed to move along pretty quickly from contract to closing.
