Donovan listened to what we were looking for and gave my wife and I all the time we needed to find the perfect home in South Carolina. He took time from his busy schedule at first to show us neighborhoods we were interested in and then to specific existing homes and finally to the home we purchased. He was with us from finding the home, to purchase, to the walkthrough and finally settlement. I thought that was outstanding service, and he still reaches out to us if he can help in anyway weeks after settlement. I can’t remember any other former realtors that I had dealings with going to that level.
