He was very generous with his expertise and time in reviewing the property and providing helpful guidance even before we could think about listing it during the renovation, which took longer than anticipated. We received an offer in a short time after the listing went live. Donnie constantly checked with the selling agent and lender on the status throughout the entire process from the time we received the offer until the closing.
