I thoroughly enjoyed the experience working with Mr Spivey to sell my house. From our initial call, the first meeting, every phone call, text, and email through the closing. I felt safe in doing business with the company. Information was forthright. I did not second guess his knowledge or intention. At our first meeting we sat down and he walked me through the process. Compared listed prices in my area. Pointed out things in my house that would need repair based on codes and what inspectors would callout in their report. Very easy to get in contact with. Anytime it was news to be shared I'd be contacted directly by him. Was always asked if I had questions or concerns. Anything I needed clarity on there was an answer provided. Very down to earth gentleman and willing to share information. There was a great level of comfort and trust. The house was under contract quickly and sold for the price I sought out.
