First she helped me figure out how to prepare my house with the right paint, and what furniture to leave or move. When it was time to list, she made the perfect decision about how much to ask. Through the showing period she communicated well and kept me focused. When we got an offer she worked with me to negotiate the best deal for me. After the inspection she helped negotiate and protect my interests while at the same time communicating in a professional manner with the other agent.
