Donna helped the reviewer buy this property

Donna is a partner, advocate, and so so professional.

From selling my house in Seminole Heights to finding my dream farm, Donna was an absolute rockstar! Selling my house was a breeze, and closed at asking price thanks to her expertise in the market. She priced it perfectly and helped with staging to showcase its full potential. We received multiple offers and Donna expertly guided me through negotiations to secure the best deal. Her true magic shone when it came to finding my dream farm. She listened patiently to everything I was looking for, from the acreage to the specific features I needed to house my two horses. She never gave up searching, even when suitable properties were scarce. We finally found the perfect 5-acre farm, but there was a major hurdle which required us to push the closing date with a very reluctant seller. Donna went into high gear, negotiating tirelessly with the seller and their agent finding every possible loop hole and digging through county documents to find what we needed. She was successful in convincing them to extend the closing. It was a really close call, but thanks to her unwavering dedication, we pulled it all off! I can't express my gratitude enough to Donna. She's not just a realtor; she's a partner, an advocate, and a master negotiator. She made the entire process, from selling to buying, smooth and stress-free. If you're looking for someone who truly goes above and beyond to make your real estate dreams a reality, look no further. Highly recommend!
