Donna was extremely easy to work with. She answered any and all questions very quickly and she was there to help me with every step of the process of buying my first home. When I had to have quotes done for work at the house, Donna made sure she was there to oversee everything for me. She was available day and night whenever I had a question or concern about anything. Donna is very professional. Very prepared (documentation for initial meeting, plan for listing the house, plans/recommendation for moving forward throughout the process). Donna is a good communicator. She has the ability to explain why she would recommend her plan (dumb down for those of us who may not understand the science of house selling). Donna is very resourceful. She always had a suggestion and always had a person that could assist (people to assist with updates needed in order to sell the house, meeting town/city requirements - ex: removing downspouts from city sewer, a service to assist in cleaning out the house, etc). I enjoyed working with Donna and would highly recommend her to others.
