But accompanied with a phone call explanation. I really liked that. When it came time to closing on our actual choice, she was very helpful with all the inspections and paperwork. She went above and beyond by digging deeply into the inspections, the neighborhood, and history of the property. Both by looking at public records, and by meticulously surveying the property and adjacent areas as if she were the buyer. She also leveraged her network of vendors to make the process effective. I feel like I didn't do any work in choosing the inspectors, vendors, or insurers. Instead, I focused all my energy on reviewing their reports/proposals and making sure the property was high quality. Pre and post close, Donna was relaxed, knowledgeable, supportive and professional. I would work with her again and would recommend her services.
