Donna provided an amazing mix of technical excellence and personable care. Referred to me by a friend, Donna asked insightful questions, listened carefully then set out to show me a variety of houses that met the criteria, while engaging about pros and cons. She has a careful eye for detail and noticed elements that would have escaped me. Even at final walkthrough when it would have been easier for her to just get the deal done, she pointed out items and was an effective and relentless advocate for me, getting positive resolution on items far beyond my expectations. She understands numbers too, being practical, running comps in a variety of ways and discussing the various components and tradeoffs when it came to making an offer.
