I found Donna from another realtor I had worked with in another state. Donna jumped right in and listed my parents' empty lot. We had a contract on the lot within three days. Unfortunately, the closing was not as simple. We had a lot of legal things to take care of because my mother had passed away a month or so prior to listing it. We had to provide power of attorney, proof of death, deed transfer, medical affidavit, etc. Then, my father passed away less than a week before closing. Unfortunately, more legal stuff had to be taken care of. If anything could happen on my end to halt progress, it did. However, Donna was on top of things and helped me through the jungle gym of legal work and emotions, and we finally closed on the property. I will eventually be selling my parents' house and I will definitely contact Donna to help with that. Kudos to Donna!!
