Donna is the best! She is dependable and stays on top of everything. I appreciate Donna's professionalism and kind spirit. Her integrity is unquestioned. When I decided to list, Donna helped me to better determine the value of my property. Because of her experience, she was able to point out key value points that I had not considered as it relates to other similar properties in the neighborhood. Her listings, across platforms, drove immediate attention and interest. Ultimately, we received several offers and sold at an amount a did not dream would come. One example of her integrity happen just days before closing. When the closing agent listed her well deserved commission, it was higher than the agreed upon percent. Donna caught the mistake and had the agent correct it, without me ever noticing the problem. It would have been easy to ignore the mistake and collect the additional benefit. However, that not how Donna works. Glad to work with Donna and will do so again, in the future.
