We got lucky when we stumbled upon the Toth team! Donna and Dave are a great team together. Donna is very organized and made us feel prepared for every home that we entered. Dave has a lot of knowledge about mechanicals (HVAC, Well) which made us feel comfortable having someone knowledgeable around. We had a very specific home that we needed based on our family needs. We were able to find a home in the area that we desire and within our budget. We cannot speak enough about the professionalism and expertise Donna and Dave have when it comes to real estate. Donna answered all of our questions in a timely manner even though we might have been a little more on the anxious side, she was very patient with us. Five Stars! We could not have been happier!
