Both Donna and Dave were very professional and made it so easy to sell our house ,starting with a folder of information to organize us in the process I also used the folder to organize our to do list and important things to remember They listened to us and answered us honestly with all our questions I would highly recommend using them to help in the selling process

Experience does matter - we ran into undisclosed issues with the property which prevented us from closing, created issues for our mortgage lender, had us renegotiate sale price and while we had 2 semi-trucks ready to deliver with nowhere to go. In the time it took to unload one truck into storage, Donna was able to help us reach an agreement with the sellers, close was still weeks away as we changed lenders - recommended by Donna who was able to deal with the issues and get us to close.
