Buying a home is stressful. Selling a home is stressful. Buying and selling at the exact same time is insanely stressful!! I’m so grateful that we had Donna at our side every step of this process! This was our 2nd time buying a house and it was a completely different experience and situation than the first time and I am extremely glad that we had Donna to help us. She was able to find us a house that we liked and was in a great neighborhood while we were still in Washington State. We never had the opportunity to see the house in person until after the offer was accepted and were worried we weren't going to like it. However after we got the chance to do a walkthrough we loved the house and the location. Honestly without Donna I dont think we would have found a house like this and if we had to do it again I wouldn't trust anybody else.
