We had not bought or sold a house in 30 years so we were pretty nervous about the whole process. So many things had changed since 1989. We met with Donna and from the get-go she put us at ease. She talked us through every step of the process. Because of Donna's local experience and expertise we had 2 offers within 2 days of our listing for $20K over asking price. Her photographs of our property really looked great on the website. Donna had lawyer recommendations as well as contacts for our septic and well water inspections.
