She handled the sale of my late brother's Estate and responded to every and any need that I was faced with being the Administrator of my brother's Estate. From providing recommended contractors for work that I needed done to being there to assist when needed since I live out of state an hour plus away to just being a friend and talk when I needed to.
Donna was wonderful to work with when selling my townhouse. She has a great marketing plan and explained that so I understood what to expect. She was very patient in answering all my questions throughout the process. She doesn't abandon you after getting a contract for the sale. She stays on top of all the tasks that need to get done in order to close, letting me know what to do and when. She was persistent in working with a not very cooperative buyer's realtor, to keep things moving along and making the closing finally happen. We have known Donna for 20 years. She sold us our first home in Jefferson township (Oak Ridge) in 1996. We kept in touch with Donna over the years as she sold many other homes in our neighborhood. When the time came for us to downsize to one floor in 2016, Donna was our first and only Realtor call.
