Donna helped us list our home at a fair market value. She did the research she needed to, and helped set everything up for showings. The initial process was so smooth and easy. We were extremely hands off. She did a great job of explaining all the offers we received to help us chose a buyer. Our house sold in less than 24 hours. Then, with two weeks before closing all hell broke loose. Our HOA passed a law that there could be no renters, and our potential buyer was ready to back out. There was a lot of drama that went on from there and Donna handled the situation very PROFESSIONALLY! We were very impressed with how she walked through the situation with all parties. She made a stressful situation almost stress free, and ultimately sold our house on time. She is awesome.
