Donna always hat time for us (24/7) and was available for any question and know the answer. We felt very familiar from her in our private lives. That's the big difference from an excellent Agent and the crowd that only sees the order. She not only did a job, she is ready for the customer with all her heart and soul! From the first moment we met Donna, we knew she was going to be the one to find us a house. The first home she showed us was so close to what we wanted. We explained what we were looking for and she made it happen to the point of finding us a builder to build us a brand new home. Donna was very easy to work with. She listened to my needs and wants and showed me exactly what I was looking for. She always answered calls and texts immediately and kept me informed of the buying process. I was a rookie, and she was always there to guide me and push me to complete all the forms. She negotiated with the seller and I feel she did the best for me.
