To say that Donna went above and beyond to help us sell our home doesn't do her justice. She was incredible to work with (we were not local at the time so she took care of everything local we needed) and orchestrated all of the permit and other missing documentation we needed in order to make it over the finish line to sell the home. She gave excellent and honest advice about what fixes to make and what to negotiate in seller's assist, etc. I can confidently say that if we hadn't chosen Donna to represent us, we would not have gotten the price for the home we did or have sold the home in the timeline that we did.
