Donna is extremely knowledgeable about the market. She worked with us for years to help us find the perfect place. If any questions or issues popped up during any stage of the search and purchase, she worked tirelessly to answer our questions and to solve any problems. A wonderful realtor and friend!

I cannot think of any way in which Donna has not been a professional with all the negotiating skills and is always a step ahead informing me of what is to come. She has aided every question and come to my aid being there and my not. She knows everything about her job and the area.

Donna and her team were knowledgeable and professional before, during, and after our listing and sale process. Donna's way of advising gave no pressure - only solid options for us as a seller to consider. Her team assisted every step of the way to keep us on track. When there was uncertainty about terminology, buyer requests, interpreting inspection reports - Donna was right there to offer clear guidance in the most friendly and professional manner. We very much appreciate Donna Rice and highly recommend her!

She is the best Realtor ever. EVER. She went above and beyond for our family, worked overtime and sacrificed so much of herself to help us find what we needed. True Island Aloha from Donna Rice. If you need a great realtor run, don’t walk, to Donna Rice.

It was a pleasure to work with Donna. She helped my husband and I to purchase 2 properties and sell them again several years later. Throughout the buying and selling process, she was excellent. After my husband passed away, she was extremely supportive and helpful. The properties required a lot of maintenance and since I was remote, Donna was instrumental in ensuring that they presented well such that I would get the best offers.
