Buying or selling a home can be one of life's biggest challenges and causes of stress. My husband and I have done both, sell and buy a home in the last 3 months. Our experience was stressful and challenging and it could have been worse, if not for Donna Pina. Donna provided the expertise for all the steps in the journey. She has a calming presence, is very knowledgeable and always kept us informed. Being the sellers in a VA loan transaction was daunting, complex and frustrating.
