Donna Payne recommended the asking price for my home and that's what it sold for. The paper work was completed early January the closing was February 23rd. I asked Donna not to call me with every detail, I trust you will take care of me and my property, so we both come out winners. That's why I hired her for her service. This was done while I was in another state. Donna worked with the transportation company for my relocation and made the property move in ready for the new owners Donna did that, I was very happy with the awesome service.

Ms Payne was very knowledgeable about the real estate and she was there every minute by calling, texting and sending me emails of various properties. It only took me one tour on three homes before I made my decision. It went smoothly and I can’t thank Donna enough for all of her hard work and efforts.
