Late summer 2018 we decided to sell a condo in Charlottesville, which is located about two hours from our home, and reached out to Donna Patton for assistance. Donna was well known to us because she did such a great job listing my son’s home in the Hadensville area a few years ago. It took a while to sell the condo, and midstream we decided to renovate to make some much needed updates. Donna hung with us for the duration. She took care of many tasks on our behalf because we were out of town, and because that’s what she does – she’s a full-service Realtor.
