When we were stressed, she talked us through it. She was always 2 steps ahead. Her job-related skills far exceeded our expectations. Her positive & cheery disposition made us feel comfortable and confident working with her. Donna kept in close contact with the selling agent, which we know is a big reason we even got the house in the first place.
