I bought my attached cottage from plans. The builder had not begun construction and there was no communication from the selling agent when the plans changed. The changes were not acceptable, and Donna asked the selling agent what could be done to make the situation acceptable. We changed properties but ran into problems with the loan. Donna wrote a letter to the lender explaining the problems with the first property and because of that letter, the lender transferred my rate guarantee to the new property. Further, she helped me with disposing of unneeded items in preparation for showing. Donna staged the house to give it the most appealing look possible. I am elderly and alone.
