Smooth Process for an out of town Client!

Donna assisted me in selling my mother's townhome - and I live out of state. I could not have done it without Donna. Before the sale, she helped me coordinate repairs, donate furniture, cleaning, photos, and even gathered the mail! She also walked me through all of the HOA requirements. The closing was handled electronically also which saved me time and money. She provided excellent advice before, during, and after the process. And all of this was done via power of attorney.
