I went from looking for a rental to buying a house in 26 days. Donna broke down the numbers for me and quickly convinced me to purchase based off of realistic numbers. It was a Saturday and we found the house the very next day. Made an offer that Wednesday and had our keys 26 days later. It was soooo easy. I had heard the nightmares of buying a house and was intimidated, and now ask myself why? The house is a gem in an amazing neighborhood that is perfect for my 9 year old son. She shoots it straight.
