Review of Donna Kohs as selling agent
Our experience with Donna was very positive. She obviously is very knowledgeable in the real estate field. She told us that the eventual buyer and their agent had presented the offer in such a way that it was very likely that it would be the one chosen. That sounded to us the voice of experience. we had 4 offers the first day so it is apparent to us that she worked hard with everyone who walked in the door. We were very pleased that our home sold on the first day. That alone saved us some anguish.
