Donna and Susan spent time walking through my home and provided suggestions about steps I could take to enhance the property and appeal to potential buyers. They and their colleagues helped arrange all the labor (contractor, cleaners) and did an amazing job staging the property. The listing went very smoothly and the systems they use to schedule showings and provide feedback from the open house provided extremely useful information that helped in our negotiation. The home sold in only a few says for more than the asking price.
