Donna and her team were a joy to work with! Donna is extremely knowledgeable about homes, the home buying process, and about the Dallas market, which was great for my husband and I as first time home buyers. We would visit homes with Donna and she would basically inspect the home to ensure if the home was a good investment for us or not. Donna was very accessible (we had a ton of questions for her and were often either on the phone with her, emailing, or texting her late at night), and either she or Jed was always available to go look for houses with us whenever our schedules allowed. Donna helped us find a home better than we could have ever imagined! She was patient, professional, and educated us on the home buying process every step of the way. She ALWAYS greets you with a beautiful smile, and is just overall a stellar person to know! She helped me find a rental property 6 years ago, and I returned back to her to purchase my first home this year- so that should tell you how much I enjoy & find value in working with her. She's our lifetime Realtor! Thank you for everything Donna! Oh, and my husband and I were also planning our wedding while house hunting...talking about a stressful time, right? Donna knew how stressful that was, and she did all that she could to help alleviate the stress (asking the seller questions, researching things, etc). She helped tremendously, and we can't thank her enough!
