My wife and I really loved working with Donna. When we started looking we weren't quite sure what we wanted or in what part of town we wanted it. We were going back and forth between trying to decide on a condo, townhouse or single family. She was really patient with us while we narrowed our wants and needs. When it came down to negotiations it was great having Donna on our side. She was very good at getting everything we wanted from the seller. One of her best traits is a fine attention to detail especially when it comes to contracts. When the seller's agent would send a counter-offer, Donna would go back and clean up the language to make sure there would be no problems down the road with the contract.<br/><br/>Overall I think Donna helped us get exactly what we wanted and I think we got a pretty good deal on it too. She's absolutely fabulous to work with and would not only recommend her but I would use her again as my agent.

The home we were living in went under contract quickly so we were in a rush to purchase a new home to move into. Donna moved quickly to help us find a number of properties to look at within 24 hours. Once under contract to purchase our new home, Donna helped us to move everything along smoothly from the initial inspection to the final closing. She is very thorough and detail oriented which is so critical in the real estate business.

I worked with Donna Hall when I first moved down to Atlanta from IL to find my first place to rent, and once again when I decided to purchase my own home this year. Donna is absolutely wonderful to work with and I feel like she does her best to put you in a place you will love, but focuses on looking out for your best interest in the process.
