I have done multiple deals with Donna. With this last deal, she was able to get me the highest price for a home sold in the community. She kept everyone on task to ensure that we closed on the scheduled date. When a name mismatch came up on the title search, she utilized all of her resources even contacting her attorney and the title company from the original sale. Let's say that this deal could have easily not closed had it not been for Donna. Some people may believe that Realtors are a formality of the process. I'm here to tell you that is definitely not the case with Donna. Had it not been for her tenacity, experience, contacts, and knowledge of the process, I would still be holding the property trying to figure out my next move. She is definitely worth her weight in gold. I nominate her for Realtor of the Year...................

Donna was easy to work with. Her communication with me was excellent. All the back and forth messages was relayed promptly. She was so sweet and got me a closing gift. Loved working with her.

Donna is extremely organized and professional. She understands challenges the market presents and provides a clear vision of how to maneuver around those hurdles. Working with Donna it quickly became apparent there is a strong difference with working with an experienced realtor. From the beginning to end she was phenomenal. She provided feedback to assist with staging the home, hired a professional photographer to showcase the house, when we received multiple offers she validated their financial situation (at times calling the bank to confirm the approval letters) so we knew we were choosing not just the highest, but the strongest offer. Then she worked hard to find comps that would support the above asking offer so the appraisal came at the required figure. She stayed on top of things, reminding all parties of deadlines, to do’s, etc. to take as much of the burden off us as possible and make it as comfortable and stress free as she can. She gave us the attention you’d expect if you were selling a million dollar home even though we were far from that! Most realtors charge the same fee, that doesn’t make them equal ... get what you pay for by choosing Donna!!!
