We had a great experience with Donna as our realtor on both ends of the move (selling and buying), and in the most difficult circumstance. Our home in Deer Park was listed 1 week prior to the Glass Fire, and although our house was not lost, there was landscaping/property damage on our lot and two of our neighbors did lose their homes. Donna was tremendous helping us through the repair/remediation process and still getting us top dollar on the sale. Making matters even more challenging, we had entered into a contingent contract to buy another home in the first week our house was on the market. Donna was able to not only keep that contract in place while our primary residence was repaired/remediated, we were able to move into and rent this home since we needed a place to live for about 5 months. This isn't a traditional set of circumstances or outcomes necessarily but goes to show how flexible Donna can be, delivering in the most challenging situation. Her technical expertise through the legal/contract process was a tremendous safety net for us. Any realtor can show you homes but not every realtor is as confident and polished on the contract side as Donna. If we move again in the future our first call will be to Donna and we would recommend her to anyone.
